West Virginia University has filed a lawsuit claiming that many of our designs are infringing on their copyrights. It is quite obvious that the claim has no merit. Judge for yourself by clicking here to view the official WVU STYLE SHEET. Regardless of infringement or not, they still make the claim. This is WVU's way of pressuring a small business into submission. While these claims could easily be proven wrong in a court of law, the expense to do so is out of reach to most small business owners. As a result we are forced to attempt to settle. The problem with that is that WVU really could care less if our business can survive or not. The result is only the offering of a settlement that they hope would result in failure of our business anyway. The way the law is written, we can't even plead our case without an attorney. The minimum retainer for an attorney to even consider this case is $10,000 and most of the firms in the state of WV are in bed with the university anyway and would not even consider it. So we really do not have much choice. We are reaching out to the general public for any assistance that may help us prove them wrong. Without support from some unknown source this travesty of justice will go untested. Our only option is to try and raise the cash to fight this evil. Fastees.com uses the best of quality tees to live up to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Our basic t-shirt is a 100% preshrunk ring spun cotton, which are more expensive that the peers because they are extremely soft with the highest of quality cotton, cut, and weight.

Washing Instructions
Like all embellished garments, your t-shirt should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness. Don't tumble dry (or dry clean) instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image.

Adult T-Shirts
Our basic tee is a 5.4 oz. heavyweight, 100% cotton garment; 2 needle stitching, taped shoulders for strength and comfort. Many of our competitors use inferior grade, lighter promotional weight blanks which don't hold up under repeated washing and wearing. They lack the weight that lends longevity and the comfortable cut and fit of a higher grade tee.

Junior's Sizes
Juniors is a young woman’s size category. Juniors sizes are smaller than adult sizes. They are comparable to women’s size 4 through 7. All measurements show here are approximations only. Length and Width vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer. Length is measured from the neck line to the bottom hem. Width is measured from under arm to under arm across the chest. Remember these are the shirt measurements, not your body's measurements. All shirts are pre-shrunk, however, all garments will shrink slightly in the first wash. Length will lose about 1⁄2", and width will lose about 1⁄4". Wash according to manufacturer's recommendation on the neck tag.
T-shirts that are labeled "juniors" are made from regular t-shirt material. All baby dolls and baseball jerseys that are labeled "juniors" are knit material and worn fitted. Beside each junior size, we have put the approximate equivalent in lady's sizing.
